Derek spent 10 years in Sg, lah, so he knows authentic from not. Funny when his accent changes when he talks to different people, too. And he also speaks Malay and Bahasa, spent some time in Malaysia and Indon, so when I post and rave about any resto specializing in those cuisines (like Pawon Ageng, written by Tricia Morente, recently featured in Business Agenda, the section I edit in Manila Bulletin), trust me. Ika nga e: “If it’s from seiko, it must be good.” Labo. Haha.
